GREENSBORO – Lorenzo Donnell, 82, passed away October 16, 2020 at Moses Cone Hospital.

He was born in Guilford County on January 28, 1938 to the late Irvin Donnell, Sr., and the late Priscilla Mark Donnell.

Lorenzo retired from US Label after 40 years of service where he was a printer.  Lorenzo was a loving devoted father as well as being a lifelong member of New Goshen United Methodist Church.  Lorenzo enjoyed farming, bowling and most of all spending time in the company of his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Wilton Donnell, Sr., and Loren Donnell.

Survivors include spouse, Jacqueline Donnell; children, Priscilla Donnell, Michael Belk and Eric Belk (Sharon); grandchildren, Aquan Belk, Brooke Belk, Jovonta Caldwell, Janiya Caldwell and Jayla Caldwell; brothers, Ervin Donnell, Jr., and Ulysses Donnell (Brenda); sisters, Mary Kimber, Brinda Rogers (McCoy), Lenora Clapp and Patricia Clark; other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will begin on Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home, 1024 Homeland Avenue, Greensboro, NC.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2020 at New Goshen United Methodist Church, 3300 Randleman Road, Greensboro, NC.  Reverend Timothy Fitzgerald will deliver the words of comfort.
