Cuando falleció mi padre, Felipe Alvarez Cruz, nos guiaron en cada paso del proceso. Nos ayudaron a coordinar todo lo necesario para cumplir su último deseo de regresar a su país natal, El Salvador, incluyendo los arreglos de transporte y toda la documentación requerida. Su experiencia y apoyo hicieron mucho más llevadera una situación tan difícil para nuestra familia.

Lo más importante fue que trataron a mi padre con la mayor dignidad y respeto. Cuando lo vimos, se veía como él mismo, y eso nos brindó una gran paz y consuelo en medio de nuestro dolor.

Todo el personal fue más allá de sus responsabilidades, demostrando un interés genuino y una gran compasión durante todo el proceso. Estoy profundamente agradecida por todo lo que hicieron por mi familia y los recomiendo al 100%. Son, sin duda, la mejor funeraria que he conocido.

I cannot thank Serenity funeral home enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
When my father, Felipe Alvarez Cruz, passed away, they guided us through every step of the process. They helped coordinate everything needed to fulfill his final wish of returning to his home country of El Salvador, including arranging transportation and assisting with all the paperwork and logistics. Their knowledge and support made an overwhelming situation much easier for our family. Most importantly, they treated my father with the utmost dignity and respect. When we saw him, he looked just like himself, which brought us so much comfort and peace during such a painful time. The staff went above and beyond in every way, showing genuine care and compassion throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for everything they did for my family, and I recommend them 100%. They are simply the best funeral home in North Carolina.
