GREENSBORO – Rose Mary Jackson, 59, passed away May 17, 2020 at Wesley Long Hospital.

She was born in Roanoke, Virginia on February 4, 1961.

She graduated from William Fleming High School in Roanoke, Virginia.

In her spare time, she loved cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.  She was fond of pets and enjoyed watching “scary movies”.

Survivors include loving children, Dezirae Phanelson, Veronica Taylor and Bryan Jackson; grandchildren, Allana Jackson, Nevaeh Jackson, Promyse A. Taylor, Raekwon A. Taylor, Jania T. Taylor, Malcom Long and Milana Taylor; brother, James Larry; sisters, Kitty Pierce (Steve); foster parent, James L. Larry; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a foster parent Mary Helms.

A celebration of life will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 23, 2020 at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1105 Willow Road, Greensboro, NC.  The family visitation and viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m.
