Telly Lea White, 41, passed away March 12, 2019 at Beacon Place. 

He was born in Greensboro, NC to the late James White Sr., and Alease Evans White.  He graduated from Ben L. Smith class of 1996 and furthered his education at Job Corps.  He was employed with Compass and worked as a dishwasher at University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

In additon to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother Kenneth White and a sister Tammy White.

He leaves to cherish his memories a son, Joseph Roddey and the mother of his son Elizabeth Roddey; siblings, Kelly White (twin brother), Sharmon White and James White Jr., and Sonja Renee White; special aunt, Margaret Whitsett also known as Nancy; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Friendship Temple Apostolic Church, 2306 Floyd Street, Greensboro, NC.

Telly was a good friend.Even when I stop working at the school with him.I came to my job.And tell me how much he missed me .And gave me the news on what was going on there.He will be missed.R.I.H my friend

Hey Kelly..I'm so sorry for the lost of your twin brother. I still can't believe it. My heart is heavy right now. Telly was a very sweet man. I always known Telly as a quite soft spoken young man.
