GREENSBORO – Wesley Allen Smith, 41, passed away June 4, 2023.

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, June 9, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Collins Gove United Methodist Church, 5210 Collins Grove Church Road, Greensboro, NC. The family visitation will begin at 1:45 p.m.

Wesley was born in Guilford County, NC on June 29, 1981.

Survivors include his mother, Sheila Smith Ray; son, Wesley Allen Smith, Jr.; step-brothers, David Ray, Jr. and Derayshawan Ray; aunts, Patrice Carter, Charmelia Smith Baxter (Hezekiah Jr.), Marchelle Smith; great-aunts, Shelly Teague, Katie Smith, Mary Smith, Regina Smith, Nancy Smith Speight and Sallie Smith; great-uncles, Charlie Smith, Carl Smith; special cousins, Quinton Staples (Evita), Brittany Jones, Brandy Jones, Tiffany Jones, Jada Smith, Elarado Jones and Brandon Jones; a host of relatives and friends.
