Timothy Harris Obituary

GREENSBORO – Timothy Lee Harris, 63, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023 at his residence.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, January 14, 2022 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home, 1024 Homeland Avenue, Greensboro, NC. The family visitation will begin 15 minutes prior to the service.

He was born in Guilford County, NC on January 9, 1959 to Willie Augustus Harris and Beatrice Janie Garrett Harris.

Timothy was educated in the local public schools.

For many years, he worked as a small engine repairman at Sears.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Samuel Augustus Harris and sister, Dawn Elizabeth Harris Smith.

Survivors include brothers, Willie E. Harris and John Harris; sister, Barbara H. Fleming; a host of relatives and friends.
