GREENSBORO - Rosita Pearson Townsend, 83, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Moses Cone Hospital.

A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 408 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Greensboro, North Carolina. The family visitation and viewing will begin at 1:00 p.m. Pastor William F. Wright, Jr. will deliver the words of comfort.
