GREENSBORO - Quiteze Lamont Patrick Stimpson, 17, passed away Sunday, June 1, 2025.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1105 Willow Road, Greensboro, NC. The family visitation will begin at 12:00 noon.

Quiteze Lamont Patrick Stimpson, beloved son, brother, grandson, and friend, was born on October 22, 2007, in Greensboro, North Carolina, to Marquita Harris and Shannon Austin. He transitioned from this life June 1, 2025, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Quiteze was known for his quiet strength, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for his family. A true mama’s boy at heart, he shared an unbreakable bond with his mother, always placing his family at the center of his world.
Quiteze found peace in solitude and joy in simple things—whether it was spending hours on his favorite video games, shooting hoops with his friends, or getting lost in music, which often served as his sounding board through life’s ups and downs. His presence lit up every room, and his smile left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
He is survived by his devoted mother, Marquita Harris (Roger), and father, Shannon Austin; his beloved siblings: Quamar Shaw, Quintasia Shaw, Kennasia Brown, Keshawn Austin, and Skylar Austin. Among those he held dearest was his cousin, Shaniya Stimpson-not only family, but also his best friend and like a sister to him. He also leaves to cherish his memory his grandparents: Joyce Stimpson, Eddie Peak Jr., Mark Perry (Ida), and Sharon Austin, along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will continue to honor his life and legacy.
Quiteze’s gentle soul and warm heart will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
