GREENSBORO – Nathaniel Oral Pickard, Jr., 37, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

Public viewing will begin on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 12 until 7 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home, 1024 Homeland Avenue, Greensboro, NC.

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 12 noon at St. Paul Baptist Church, 1309 Larkin Street, Greensboro, NC.  The family visitation and viewing will begin at 11:15 a.m.  Pastor, Dr. James W. Fisher will deliver the words of comfort.

Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park.

He was a native of Guilford County, NC and was born on April 16, 1984 to Bonita Corry Davis and Nathaniel Pickard Sr.

Nathaniel was educated in the local public schools and graduated from James B. Dudley High School class of 2002.  After which, he majored in Accounting at North Carolina A&T State University.

He was a great cook and in his spare time he enjoyed golf.

Survivors include mother, Bonita C. Davis (James); father, Nathaniel O. Pickard, Sr. (Kim); son, Ashton Pickard; daughter, Jaliyah Pickard; brothers, Darrius Jones, Jermaine Davis and Isaac Davis; sisters, Chiquita Fox and Chevena Pickard; a host of relatives and friends.
