LaTisha DeShay (Cooper) Cooke

GREENSBORO - LaTisha DeShay Cooke, 42, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 1 p.m. at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1105 Willow Road, Greensboro, NC. The family visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. Bishop Bobby Fisher of Petra House Worship Deliverance Ministries will deliver the words of comfort.

She was born on September 25, 1979 to Tamera Cooper and Keith Carter.

LaTisha was educated in the Guilford County Schools system. She attended Guilford Technical Community College where she graduated with a degree in Engineering Technology & Science in 2017.

To know LaTisha was to know that she adored her family. She loved her husband, who cherished and appreciated her so much. We celebrate the fact that God has allowed us to cross paths with such a remarkable person. Her impact on those she loved will remain evident.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bobby Cooper, Milton Floyd, Jerry and Mary Headen, and Kim Pulliam.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Adrian Cooke; mother, Tamera Cooper; father, Keith Carter; sister, Colatta Jones; brothers, Gattis Lamond Campbell and Sentellis Cooper, Sr. (Tamika); grandparent, Lucy Floyd; aunts, Dana Carter, Faye Newman (Joseph); uncles, Christopher Mitchell, Bobby Cooper and Bobby Fisher (Delaine); niece, Shaniya Clark; nephews, Sentellis Jr., and Jah-Mair Cooper; best friend, Cayla Raine/Cameron; special aunt, Vanessa; a host of family and friends.
