Krisa Lenise Elliott-DeBerry

GREENSBORO – Krisa Lenise Elliott-DeBerry, 28, passed away April 15, 2023.

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, April 21, 2023 at 4 p.m. at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1105 Willow Road, Greensboro, NC. The family visitation will begin at 3:30 p.m.

Krisa was born in Guilford County, NC on September 6, 1994 to John Charles DeBerry and Fonda Elliott-DeBerry.

She was educated in the local public schools and graduated from Ben L. Smith High School.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Charles DeBerry; grandparents, Edward Elliott, Mary Elliott, Vera White and Daniel DeBerry.

Survivors include her mother, Fonda Elliott-DeBerry; grandmother, Vanessa DeBerry; maternal aunts and uncles, Gwendolyn Smith (Richard), Krendy Brown (Byron), Edward Elliott, Isaac Elliott, Lisa Elliott-Perkins (Reggie), Craig Elliott, Connie Elliott, Norman Elliott (Gloria), Leslie Newman (John) and Damon Elliott; paternal aunts and uncles, Michael Nicholson, Terry Nicholson (Bernice), Kevin DeBerry (Mary), Daniel Rashad DeBerry (Sherita) and Makais Funderburk; a host of relatives, cousins and friends.
