MADISON, FL – Kendrix Bernard Haynes, Sr., 40, passed away October 21, 2022 in Charlotte, NC.

Public viewing and visitation will be held Friday, October 28, 2022 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at J.P. Moore Mortuary, 379 West Base Street, Madison, FL.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 3 p.m. at Jeslamb African Methodist Episcopal Church, 185 Almond Avenue, Madison, FL.

A family gathering and visitation will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at McWhite’s Funeral Home, 3501 W. Broward Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

The final resting place will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
