GREENSBORO – Joshua Glenn Grant, 26, passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Moses Cone Hospital.

He was born in Hartford Connecticut on January 4, 1995.

In his spare time, he enjoyed playing video games.  He also loved basketball and was a “Lakers” fan.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Andre Grant; grandmother, Dorothy Jacobs.

Survivors include mother, Sarah Ruiz Coleman (Michael); birth mother, Demetria Grant; sons, De’Ijah and Ke’ijah; brother, Francisco Ruiz Jr. (Karen); sisters, Aiesha Exquisite Grant, Julia Harris (DeQuann), Barbie Woods (Kenneth) and Pauline Hairston; grandfather, Nehemiah Jacobs; uncle, Charles Grant (Brenda) a host of relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 1 p.m. from the New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 1105 Willow Road, Greensboro, NC.
