GREENSBORO – Deputy Chief (Ret.), James E. Hinson Jr., lost his battle with Cancer on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at his home surrounded by his wife Dr. Nichole Hinson and his children.

James E. Hinson Jr., was born on January 18, 1968 in Orangeburg SC. He is survived by his wife, Dr. Nichole Hinson; mother, Lula Hinson of Orangeburg SC; children, James Hinson, III and Onya Hinson; step-sons, Freddie Carter and Jaden Simmons; 3 grandchildren.
