GREENSBORO – Jakaylen Omarion Chambers, age 14, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC.

A celebration of life service will be held privately. The service is not open to the public.

He was born in Guilford County, NC on October 9, 2007.

JaKaylen was an 8th grade student at Guilford eLearning University Prep and previously attended Eastern Guilford and Jackson Middle School. He was a loving child and enjoyed playing video games.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Nina Milhouse; paternal grandfather, Clayton Chambers, Sr., paternal grandmother, Connie Boswell. 

Survivors include loving mother, Francena Chambers; brother, Camari Russell; sister; Lakeeshia Russell; special grandmother, Faye Russell; aunts, Jessica Chambers and Stephanie Chambers; special aunt, Melissa Sellers; uncles, Rodney Sellers (Stefanie); Clayton Chambers (Taneisha); Alonzo Chambers (Tiffany) and James Little (Carol); a host of relatives and friends.
