Obituary
MORRISTOWN, NJ – George Earl Johnson, 67, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Moses Cone Hospital.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 10 Martin Luther King Avenue, Morristown, NJ. The family visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
He was born in Morristown, NJ on April 13, 1955 to George Albert Johnson and Pearl Fort Johnson.
In his spare time, he loved fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Lydia Johnson.
Survivors include children, George C. Johnson, William R. Johnson and Lauren C. Johnson; special and lifelong friend, Debbie Jones; mother, Pearl Johnson; brother, Gary Johnson; sister, Linda Johnson; 1 grandchild; a host of relatives and friends.
