I met LaVerne when she started working at Dixie Sales. She was very meticulous in her work ethic and always willing to go the extra mile. She was always patient and kind when helping others learn the challenges of order fulfillment. She was serious when she needed to be, but was never short on hugs and laughter when it was appropriate. I will miss her, even though I have had not seen her much since my retirement. I am truly honored to have known her. My love and prayers go out to her family.

My thoughts and prayers for the family. Laverne was a very special lady, absolutely a joy to know, always smiling, honored to call her a friend and co-worker. The world is a little dimmer with her passing but heaven gained a great lady.
