He heals the broken-hearted and binds their wounds. Psalms 147:3. Don’t let this tragedy break you or make you bitter, he wouldn’t like that He was proud of all of you and he knew each of you well. You were his joy, but you know that. He will Rest In Peace knowing that he left honorable me and phenomenal women behind. Keep his joy nearby so that when you think of him you’ll smile and say I love you Dad, I love you Granddad, I love you Les Cephus.

We were greatly saddened to hear of the passing of our good friend and Bethel Family member. Leslie was our Sunday School Teacher and a spiritual advisor through the Prayer Telephone line of our church. His words lifted up the spirits of many of us going through difficult times.

Les and I had an ongoing rivalry as he was a great supporter and Crimson Tide fan, while I on the other hand was a Tennessee Volunteer. We would text message each other between plays, and then discuss the games at halftime. I will surely miss this good fun.

God had surely "Blessed," Les and may God continue to Bless his family.

I got to hear his voice briefly in a few A Course In Miracle study groups via skype, quite recently, and there was something so calming, so special about the frequency and vibration of his voice. I could tell from even such brief moments shared with him, what a special being he is and was.
Sending so much love and peace beyond human understanding. Blessings and love.
