I was so saddened to hear of Miss Leslie’s passing. I worked with Leslie at Market America. We seem to develop a bond of friendship from day one. I will treasure my memories of her especially the laughter and the expressions she could give. There wasn’t a day that she missed giving her famous hugs and her sway when she walked.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Time heals the pain but wonderful memories last a lifetime.

Samone,

I was saddened to hear about the passing of Leslie. She was one of a kind. I had the honor and privilege of working with her at Market America and then later on became neighbors in Mallard Lake apartments. Every time I saw Leslie she was the same kind, helpful spirit and didn’t know a stranger. I could go a month or 2 without seeing her and when I saw her next she would bless me out for not keeping in touch and then kiss and hug my neck and always asked about my babies. There is no loss greater than a parent or child especially around the holidays. My heart aches for you and your family and I will be praying without ceasing for your comfort and the comfort of your loved ones for the days and months ahead. May God keep you and comfort you in your darkest hours of grief and mourning. God Bless.

Sending prayers of comfort to the Garner/Davis family. I was shocked to hear the passing of Ms. Leslie, she would brighten any dim room with that smile of hers and those warm hugs. I had the pleasure of working with her at Market America and will never forgot the laughs and talks we had. To the family know that God makes no mistakes and as he wanted another rose to beautify garden therefore he called Leslie to come home. She is now rejoicing in her mansion that she worked so hard for while on earth. She is watching over you all from above. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. John 5:24 says Truly truly I say to you, whoever hears my word & believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgement, but has passed from Death to Life. Payers and Comfort I send to you

I was so saddened to hear of the death of Ms. Leslie. We worked together at Market America and she was one of the most sweetest women I had ever met in my life. Rest well Ms. Leslie.
