I pray that the Lord will continue to strengthen you during this time. After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we’ve shared with her. And that we will remember, those who are asleep will awaken on the day the Lord comes for us all.

To the Lattimore Family and friends:
We the Thomas family shall never forget the awesome times that we had together down through the years and the love that was shown us and joy that Lattimores brought when they visited us in South Carolina; as well as the singing and dancing when we met in Greensboro and various other church trips with the pleasure of being together on any occasion.

Now, we regret that due to the aftermath of my back surgery, it would be very difficult to make the trip at this time, but we want you to know that our hearts and prayers are with you during these hours of bereavement. I can hear Sister Lattimore in my mind up there with Richard and those who have gone on before, like: Sister Barbara Reid, Bro. Raymond Reeves, Sister Lewis, and Bro. Melvin just to name a few-- singing one of her favorite songs, "I Found the Answer When I Learned to Pray".

May God bless and keep us until that opportune day and time arrives.

Bishop Fred Thomas and family of Spartanburg, SC

For The Reid family, this moment in time is a bittersweet moment. On one hand, We will miss the strong assured voice and persona of this woman of God, that made us all think, laugh, and be encouraged to live holy and devout lives. Her motherly words, made us all yearn to be where Jesus is. Though we will miss these things about her life and so much more, we believe her reward has come. To be in the presence of the One she so strongly preached about, talked about, lived for and who's arms she now rest, this reward has come for her. We rejoice in this, with her.
Evangelist Lattimore was a intrical part of the Wings of Healing family, and her deep history and loving friendship with my mother (Evangelist Barbara Reid) connected her to be a grand part my own family. I won't to submit my appreciation and love to the bereve family, many of which I have developed a strong and lasting bod with, our prayers and support are with you.
